We want you to love your PackLite products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, accompanied by your order confirmation. Used, washed, or damaged-by-misuse items cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items
Email support@packliteair.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email support@packliteair.com with your order number and reason
- We will send return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using the address provided
- We will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days of receipt
Refund Processing
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may require additional time.
Return Shipping
You pay return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged in transit. We recommend a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost on return.
